I had the phone screening with HR and then a phone call with the hiring manager. I was told I would be moving onto the next round but it was another 2 months before I heard anything. When I did, I didn't get a phone call but a calendar invite to present my portfolio to a team of people the FOLLOWING DAY for 1.5 hours. No one even asked if I was available at that time. I was and presented my work to what seemed like a receptive audience. BUT 3 weeks later I follow up with HR and they tell me the team is no longer looking to hire anyone. Overall this process took about 3 months and I am very frustrated by the lack of professionalism and respect for candidates. This gave me a horrible impression of the company and I would not consider them a company to work for.
