Interview
simple interview asking about experience and what you are looking for in the future. you will sit with one manager and ,if that goes well, you will sit with a department supervisor.
Managers mostly wanted to listen to themselves talk. They like to hire young people who they can mold and manipulate so if you smile and nod and say you read the mission statement you’ll fit right in

Interview
I had two wonderful interviews. Both panel style and very conversational. First time two ladies and a guy. Second time one male one female upper management. Very comfortable. They talked like we’ve known each other for years. You personality is the most important thing with this company. If you’re nasty and rude and distant, skip this job. Seriously, leave your attitude at home. Be ready to talk. They are good people as far as I’m concerned.
