They don't have an HR department so interview process can be whatever the manager decides it to be. Most of the time, you'll get hired because you know someone "higher up" already working there. They don't care about what skills you have, they care more about your personality and your attitude. Their motto is that they hire on based on attitude rather than skills so they can grow you. This is great if you're looking to settle for below the market pay for a stable job. You can be a very sub-par performer and stay with the company for 20+ years and live a very happy life if that is what you're looking for.
Don't be afraid of curve ball questions because they just want to see how you react to these types of questions. They are very prideful in their culture so if you memorize their mission statement and their values and recite it to them, they'll be very impressed.
When they do decide to hire you, they always lie and say that they'll reach out to you within a week. It takes about 3-4 weeks for senior management to make up their mind. After the senior management makes up their mind, they'll email you offering the job and you have around 5 days to either take it or the offer is off the table.
Note: Do not negotiate with salary because they will not budge on starting salary. They think you're entitled and you haven't even proven yourself yet for a salary raise. If you join the company and become a rock star, you can get annual raises that are around 30%. However, people usually get around 6-8% raises annually so don't expect your pay to raise too much.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Expeditors (New Delhi) in Sep 2021
Interview
Interview process was good. The interviewer had a good understanding of the industry and was cordial throughout. But the HR was pathetic. She offered less package than my current salary. Who would even do that?

Applied online, got a call from the recruiter and supervisor asking about my experience and some behavioral questions. After few days got an email asking me for a face to face interview and also gave me a short assessment. The interview went on for 3 hours, sounded positive but later the next day got a call saying " You're a good fit for the position but we're going with another candidate " . After everything, they even talked about benefits but at the end skills and talent doesn't matter i guess.
