I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Expeditors (Normandy Park, WA)
Interview
I was invited for an initial interview, which went very well. I was then invited back for a second interview and I feel my skills and experience were intimidating to the two gentlemen on my second interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Expeditors (Seattle, WA) in May 2016
Interview
It was a good interview process and were rather quick (just a few weeks) with good people to interview with. At first I was interviewed by just two people that were part of the department and seemed very personable. Next, was an interview with the manager which was more personal and seemed to actually listen and ask questions that weren't oddly difficult.
