I was interviewed 3 times. First time by the Dept. Mngr and Sups. Second time, by two other Mngrs from random dept. Third and last, by the District Mngr Fist interview was to see if the cohesiveness with the dept was going to be good and how qualified I was for the position. Second, i think, was more of a personality test. To see how well i could develop myself with managers from different departments. Last interview was for an attitude test. The district manager tested me what kind of individual i was i why was i interested in the position, dept and the company overall.
