Interview
The Interview was conducted in 2 rounds. Mine was a video interview but the people really prefer to have a face to face conversations. Both were seasoned guys. One is Country head of Network solutions practice and the other is Global Head of the same practice. Both having around 20+ years of Logistics experience. They would make you feel comfortable. The line of questioning is mostly on your experience, but they would like to know if you have really done some implementations on field on have been only on the offshore teams supporting the projects.
