Applied online and received a quick response. Signed up for a phone interview, which I unfortunately had to reschedule. I confirmed a new day/time, but never received a call. Followed up offering to reschedule as I understand things happen. I did not hear back, then I received a template email saying I was not selected. While I don't have a beef with template emails, there is a time and place for them. Once you have engaged personally with a candidate it's professional to do better for your candidate's experience. Also, the fact that I never received a call or apology for said missed call sets a definite tone. I hope the team will improve it's candidate experience going forward.
