Interview
I applied online and received a call about 4 weeks later (the HR person was on leave). The first interview was by phone and very get-to-know you. The second one was in person with my future manager - the atmosphere was very pleasant and professional. Then I had a third interview with the management team over Skype - I was very impressed with how familiar everyone was with my CV. All questions were on point, nothing generic.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Expeditors (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2012
Interview
I originally applied online, and then called about a week later to follow-up. There is no HR department, and each manager is in charge of hiring people for their team. The first interview was with 2 people, a supervisor and a manager. It was very easy, consisting of a few questions, and just general discussion. I asked a lot of questions. It seemed to be mostly a personality interview to see if I would fit in with the rest of the department. After that interview, I was called about two weeks later and asked to come in for a second interview. I came in and met two different people. Again it was an easy interview with basic questions such as why I wanted to work for the company, how would I deal with an angry customer, etc. They called and offered me the job about an hour after that interview. The background check process took about 10 days.
