I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Expeditors
Interview
I applied online through their website to a couple positions. I got an email to set up a phone interview for the next week. Then there was a phone interview, then an in person interview with 4 people in the group with another 4 coming in afterwards for the technical part. Then finally did a second in person interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain a time when you had to work with a difficult coworker and what did you do?
Got an email from a team lead and interviewed with 2 team leads on the phone. Consisted of behavioral questions as well as a short whiteboard question. From what I could get out of them, most of the stuff from Glassdoor (low salary, unnecessarily corporate, and nepotism) sounded true, so they cut me off there.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Expeditors (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2016
Interview
I had a phone interview with behavioral questions, followed by a phone technical round where I coded on a google doc, then a onsite interview with white board coding. They asked a general coding question and they were helpful during the process. If they give you clues, USE THEM FOR SURE.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Expeditors (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview was set into two sessions, for the first session they brought in two junior members to ask general interview questions. The second session included three senior members who asked more technical questions and presented a coding/logic challenge. The whole process took about 2 hours.
