In each of them, they were more interested in my personality/ approach than my background/career which I took positive

Question 1
How would you react under certain issues that happened during transportation like a shipment damaged during the transport?
Rushed and uninterested phone screener, did not scream motivating to work for. In person interview scheduled but last minute rescheduled. Not sure how that will go just yet. Phone screener did not give great indication of a good company.

The first interview is through zoom with no video. They also did mention that a second interview would be in person. And a third interview would be through the phone. So there is a process.

Open interview with questions about education, motivation. The interviewer was very open about the profile they were looking for. Reviewed my CV in some detail but no in-depth followup on any points.
