Interview
Before the interview process, there were two rounds. First is the aptitude, that's average difficulty. Second is the Group Discussion, in which me and peers had topics not only technical but also social. Then the 3rd and 4th rounds are technical and Cultural respectively. The staffs are straightforward, straight to the point and importantly polite. Yet so it was easy to express the views and also cope up if you didn't know any of the answer. The main essence that have to be noted is their focus of participant's clarity and communication rather than technical specificities. Because those can be trained but not the attitude, seems like they affirm. So train your communication very well, be careful about subtle checkpoints in a negotiation, by exactly which they'll test your commitment to the company.
