Interview
It was a series of three interviews. The first is a pretty easy phone interview. Reading through the Java trails was invaluable to this, even if it's just a reminder. If you want extra brownie points, make sure to look up what a logistics company does. Use the phrase "you're like a travel agent for freight", and they will like you. They will also ask you what you would like to make, so be prepared with an answer.
The second interview was more difficult. Four managers just rapid fire questions. It consisted of a code reading and a design exorcize. Remember to read up on java sockets, as it is in the code reading. I felt like crap after this one but was told I did amazing after getting hired. They just like to see that you work well under pressure.
If you get a third interview, it's pretty much a sure thing. The team just wants to make sure you mesh well with all of them. They'll ask you again what you want to make. If you have a bare minimum of X, try X + 3k, because they will try to whittle you down and say it is not negotiable.
3 interviews + take home assessment. It was over the holidays so took a little longer than normal I think. Everyone I talked with was very nice and helpful during the whole interview process.

Interview
Before the interview process, there were two rounds. First is the aptitude, that's average difficulty. Second is the Group Discussion, in which me and peers had topics not only technical but also social. Then the 3rd and 4th rounds are technical and Cultural respectively. The staffs are straightforward, straight to the point and importantly polite. Yet so it was easy to express the views and also cope up if you didn't know any of the answer. The main essence that have to be noted is their focus of participant's clarity and communication rather than technical specificities. Because those can be trained but not the attitude, seems like they affirm. So train your communication very well, be careful about subtle checkpoints in a negotiation, by exactly which they'll test your commitment to the company.

The first round was an aptitude round followed by a group discussion. Then it was the technical interview where the coding questions were asked . Basic knowledge in programming may help to clear the technical interview. The final interview questions were asked apart from the resume.
