Short and to the point. I went through two rounds and felt I was able to have an open and easy dialogue with the interviewers. Neither interview exceeded thirty minutes.

I applied online through Indeed. A few days later, i received an email to set up an appointment for the interview. This was downtown Seattle, so you must take a bus or pay to park. They have two rounds of interviews. The first round is with the supervisor of the department you will be in, they might have 2 or 3 peoples interviewing and taking notes. The interview took 15 to 30 minutes. They will ask if you have any questions afterwards. If you pass the first round, they will call you to have a second round interview with the Senior Accountant manager as the final process. Once you pass the second round, they will call or let you know that they will proceed with your back ground check. Upon passing background check, you will be notify on start date. The whole process can take anywhere between 1.5 to 2 weeks.

Applied online and got a call for interview after 10 days. Had interview with 2 managers and one staff accountant at their office in Seattle. Interview was 25 minutes long. Asked normal interview questions, basically what I did in past, where I worked. interview was not very hard
