I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Expeditors
Interview
There were 3 interviews. The first 2 were virtual which was great. It was what you would expect from a logistics company - prompt, organized, streamlined. The entire process took 3 or 4 days. I met with the employee relations first, then the people who lead my department, then the branch manager in person. Considering what the company does, which can be very stressful, everyone was nice and down to earth. I felt comfortable talking to them and we even shared a laugh. I think I'm going to love it here.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Expeditors (Grapevine, TX) in May 2024
Interview
I had a great first interview and was invited back for a second. However, after that, I was completely ghosted. This experience speaks volumes about the company's professionalism and how they operate.
A piece of advice: Communicating with candidates—especially after multiple interviews—goes a long way. A simple follow-up email, even if it’s a rejection, is greatly appreciated.
