Expel Associate Incident Detection and Response Analyst interview questions

Went through 2 stages of interviews. The supervisor takes time off so I end up speaking with someone who has like 1 year exp in Cyber. The guy tells me I will be moving forward for a 3rd interview with said supervisor about my soft skills but then the guy just sends me a rejection email saying “We've reviewed your qualifications, and unfortunately aren't able to move forward in the process.” The supervisor guy has like 1 internship prior to joining Expel and has been there for 2 years. Both my interviewers (their words) said I would most likely be a great fit for the role so I don’t understand the logic. Don’t know what type of company this is but I’m interviewing for other places so it’s fine. However, Expel believes that you must be somewhat of a Digital Forensics expert in order to move forward for an IDR role. Lol. And like 3-4 stages of interviews just for an entry level role like they’re Google (where I had 6). I have almost a year and a half experience prior to applying along with certs.
