      Senior Product Designer Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Experian in Jun 2026

      Interview

The recruiter contacted me just two days after I applied, calling at 6:30pm and expressing a great deal of enthusiasm. Based on our screening call, I was led to believe I was a strong match for the role. Dippy Sandhu then arranged a one-hour interview with the Head of Product Design, during which I presented a case study and answered all questions in detail. At the end of the interview, I was told I would receive feedback either later that day or the following day. Instead, more than a month has passed with complete silence. Despite following up by email, I received no response from either the recruiter or the Head of Product Design. This level of communication is disappointing and reflects a lack of respect for the time and effort candidates invest in the interview process. Even a brief rejection email would have demonstrated professionalism and courtesy.
