I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Experian (Costa Mesa, CA) in Nov 2022
Interview
I interviewed here for an entry level software engineer position as part of the Engineer Xcelerator Rotation Program. It took about a month from applying to receiving an offer. The entire process is well structured and it was pleasant to be a part of. The interview is divided into two stages: online assessment and in-person assessment. For the online assessment, I was tested on my technical skills including database, algorithms, and web technologies. For the in-person assessment, I was placed into a group of 4 and we were tasked with designing an application and presenting our application to a group of senior engineers. Then, we go onto a 1 on 1 conversation with a senior engineer. We talked about design choice of the said application and some general software engineering knowledge.

Overall good experience with the interview process. Talent acquisition personnel is providing enough info during the process. It took around 1 month to do 3-4 rounds of interviews. Role given is slightly different from initial recruitment post.
