fui abordado no linkedin. fiz uma entrevista com o rh, que me explicou sobre a vaga e perguntou das minhas experiências. também me perguntou se eu estava em outros processos seletivos, o que não gostei, já que essa pergunta parece uma armadilha e não acho que deveria influenciar em nada. não foi me passado um prazo pra resposta e a pessoa do rh apenas sumiu e nunca tive retorno. falta de respeito com o candidato. achei o processo arcaico e já perdi a vontade de entrar nessa empresa.
Few behavior question at the end and few games for the oa. It was like finding the sequences and the behavior questions was like deciding which way of working was better.

Interview
Overall good experience with the interview process. Talent acquisition personnel is providing enough info during the process. It took around 1 month to do 3-4 rounds of interviews. Role given is slightly different from initial recruitment post.
