Interview
After the interview I received an email that they won't proceed with my application, but if I want details I can ask - so far it is ok. I have asked for feedback because it can help me understand my gaps and I was really curious as I did not remember the question that I answered badly. The 'details' that they provided stated that interviewers were not able to understand my previous experience during the interview. So feedback about 'me' stated information more about interviewers and usually, that means that interviewers are not professionals. Ok, they as well proposed to have a call 'to discuss further'. I agreed to have a call and after more than a month no response or call. So my opinion: - interviewers are not experienced - recruiter does not care about the process - the process is poor
