Interview was very nice. Nice conversation and direct on point conversation about skills, knowledge, experience. Very professional. Engaging conversation. No out of box questions like motivation, strength, weekness. Its my first interview with head of department. I am waiting for the next step. I hope everything will be fine. Don't go through that I didn't get the job because on Glassdoor there is only three options for this question. Did you get an offer? 1.No 2.yes, I declined 3. Yes, I accepted. But what about those candidates they may be under process. Not selected or not rejected. It's for Glassdoor to add one option more. 4. Under consideration or under process. Great experience.
