Interview
Phone screen and multiple teams interviews. Great communication and explanation of job duties, expectations and benefits. The interviews all consisted of a thorough vetting, deep dive into candidate work history, availability, role-playing and overall sales and Design knowledge. A strong command of remodeling, design, sales technique and modalities is necessary for this position. Experience in sales generally, in home sales seems to be a strong requirement. Rightfully so. I was offered a job with this company today and I'm excited. After all the research I've done this appears to be one of the best companies of its kind to work for.
