Interview
It's been several years but I still work for the company, though long moved on from being just a starting-level sales associate. Often a group interview, as was the case with me, and it's quite non-threatening. Still expected to be dressed professionally and they really want to see your display of competency skills and interpersonal skills. They only went through a few questions each (4-5) and the whole process was probably over in 30 minutes. You don't have to be a mega fashion guru but should still show energy and excitement around the position for which you are applying. Expect about a two-week window from the time you apply online, have your interview, and are accepted for the position... however this sometimes takes as little as a week. It largely depends on the store.
