I applied to Express online and then about a week and a half later, they called me in. I went in for a 1:1 Interview right in the store I was applying for, waiting in a room with other applicants who were scheduled as well. I met with the Store Manager. About 4 days later I got a call saying I got the job.

Why should we hire you when you see we have plenty of applicants to choose from?
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
