I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Express in Jan 2020
Interview
Had a pretty easy, average length interview. I asked about the corporate view of operating and communicating as well as the management style for the location I applied to. I was given an offer but declined it after getting the run around about a start date. It kept changing and I’d go weeks at a time without a concrete start date. That’s just embarrassing for any company.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Express (New Orleans, LA) in Apr 2012
Interview
I was recruited for the position. The interview was relaxed and casual, I was put at ease. Make sure you understand the needs of the business and are knowledgeable about Express.
