I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Express (Algonquin, IL) in Sep 2012
Interview
I had applied online and a couple of days later I got a call for an interview. When I arrived it was a group interview we were asked a few scenario questions and then informed that we would have to come in for a second interview because the store manager was not sure of the co-managers hiring skills yet. They called my references then I received a phone call a week later for a 2nd interview. This one was 1 on 1 and also simple. I think she already knew she was hiring me because the questions pertained to what I would like to do there and my availability. I did want to work management since I have some management experience but she said they like to promote from within. She did say that if I was interested in management that she would let the other managers know and they will work with me. After Christmas she said I may have a chance of being promoted if I prove myself.

Question 1
None were difficult what-so-ever! Barely any questions in fact. Easiest interviewing process of my life! I will give at least one question and that was..."If you got shipment in, how would tackle it?"
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
