I applied to the position early April. The recruiter called me and scheduled for on-site interview for May 2nd. I was told that decision would be made in few weeks, wouldn't take months. However, it's been 3 months I haven't heard anything back from them. I tried to reach the recruiter and interviwers, but no response. By the way, the position is still open. That's weird. If a candidate is not qualified for the position, you should let them know. If you are holding the position, you should inform the candidate as well. That's not professional to hold the candidates without any updates. DON'T forget that we spend time to apply for the position and come to the interviews. AND DON'T forget you could be potential candidate for another company as weel. You disappointed me EXPRESS :(
