What I did was submit an application online and then called in and spoke to the hiring manager. She's amazing by the way! Then, she wrote down my name and number called me in and just had a comfortable interview and then I called in after a few days and she called me back in and offered me the job!
It was a very standard retail interview. There isn't anything specific to note. Easy, comfortable, simple. Standard preparation is recommended. I love the Express brand, and have for many years, so it was easy for me to use that as a talking point.
