I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Express (Eau Claire, WI) in Apr 2010
Interview
I recieved a phone call the day after I submitted an online application and I was told the interview was for 4:30pm. I arrived at about 4:15 thinking I'd be on time but apparently the group interview started at 4. There was one other person who was told 4:30 also who was later than I was, I suggest calling to confirm the time about one day ahead. My group interview consisted of 5 people all together. There were two guys and three girls. The manager asked us typical interview questions and we answered them one by one, the interview probally took about 45 minutes. I thought that out of everyone there that I would've been in the top three being considered for employment but about two weeks later I recieved a voicemail saying I wasn't being offered a job but they'd keep my file on hand for 60 days and if anything came up they'd call. I tried to look professional but I had just thrown out a bunch of clothes I didn't wear anymore and I didn't have any cute shoes to wear for the interview either. That could've been why I didn't get hired.
