I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Express (San Antonio, TX) in Jun 2013
Interview
I was first interviewed by a co-manager/underling I would call it, and that interview took place in a group setting and went over the basic, air-breathing components of being a functional member of society. Then, I got called for a second interview with the store manager in which I was asked common sense/trivial work questions and then had my responses blatantly ignored by the altogether attention-deficit manager until the she decided to end it by telling me I got the job.
It was a very standard retail interview. There isn't anything specific to note. Easy, comfortable, simple. Standard preparation is recommended. I love the Express brand, and have for many years, so it was easy for me to use that as a talking point.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Express (Christiana, DE)
Interview
It was quick and expected. Much like the standard interview for these types of jobs. I was greeted, felt welcomed and was able to ask questions. I wish I would have gotten a call back,
