Interview
It was a group interview setting and we were all asked the same questions. We each took turns answering the interview questions and talked about our previous work experience. The last part of the interview process included us putting together outfits for specific events.
It was a very standard retail interview. There isn't anything specific to note. Easy, comfortable, simple. Standard preparation is recommended. I love the Express brand, and have for many years, so it was easy for me to use that as a talking point.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Express (Christiana, DE)

It was quick and expected. Much like the standard interview for these types of jobs. I was greeted, felt welcomed and was able to ask questions. I wish I would have gotten a call back,
Group interview where one of the managers picked one or two of us while sitting in a group of 6 to answer questions at a time. Basic questions like how would you respond to a customer or what is a style recommendation.
