Interview
Group interview: There was a group interview and they asked pretty standard questions. It was around the holidays so availability was one of the most important things they were looking for right next to a great personality and good customer service. They also were asking a lot about cleanliness. "Are you neat? Do you like to clean?" and they asked some pretty standard questions like "Whats therapeutic to you? What do you do in your spare time?"
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
