I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Express (New York, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
A bit confusing since their online application utilizes the same form for both sales associates & management. Was invited for an interview, was not until the very end I was informed I was being considered for a sales position not a management position. Very sketchy in regards to hourly pay, arrived 10 minutes early only to be asked to wait around for a few minutes-- turning into an entire hour.

There was no phone screen, just a call to confirm interview availability. One interview with store manager at the store. Basic questions about experience and expectations. Called with an offer shortly thereafter.
It was conducted in the back office of an Express store. It was an hour long. I did not have to do a second interview. They were hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations.
