The interview process wasn't bad at all. It was a group interview and basic questions were asked. Anyone was free to answer, it didn't really matter if you had the same answer as someone else. Overall, very welcoming team and the whole process took only 20-30 minutes.
Just make sure to speak up. One girl in the group didn't say a word and just nodded her head the entire time. Doubt she got an offer.
The position I applied to is seasonal but 9/10 times, they will keep you. And it's really simple to move up. Just do your best and always smile (:

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
