Meet with Head of Sales --> Challenge Assignment--> Final interview with team --> Reference check
Fairly standard interview process consisting of asking why sales, why this company, and plans for future
Applied online, and had a Zoom interview with the head of the team. Interview was okay, interviewer seemed a little unorganized and distracted, but had great insight into the company and the role. The next part was doing a technical assignment. Turned it in and didn't hear back for two weeks, despite reaching out twice. Learned that they had decided to move on with someone else. I found this frustrating because I took my time to interview and work on the assignment, but they couldn't take the time to get back to me or offer me feedback.
I applied online. I interviewed at Extend, Inc. (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2020
Interview
Great conversation with a person actually works in the field that I was applying for. Although interviewer seemed distracted throughout the interview, they were polite, relatable, knowledgable and transparent about the job & process. Only knock is that I got ghosted after being told I would be contacted by the following week. But honestly, a very seamless interview process outside of that.
