Waste of time. Interviewed with this company for over a month! Phone interview~> Hiring manager interview ~> Writing assignment~> 5 panel interview. I asked the hiring manager if there was anything in my resume that would make them uneasy about hiring me and she looked me in the face and said no. There was nothing in my resume that made them think i was unable to do this job. Fast forward to decision time and she rejected me because i didn’t have enough “experience.” I didn’t have enough experience when you first looked at my resume, so why waste my time for a month if you knew that would be an issue? Instead of being honest from the beginning they strung me along for a month knowing they wouldn’t hire me.
