It was a frustrating process because some of the people I spoke with didn't understand the role I was interviewing for, so they asked me completely irrelevant questions (ie. what is a current customer of my [current] employer that would make a good Extend customer) - this question bothered me because it was almost as if the interviewer was trying to poach my current employer's customers.
