Interview
I had applied for an engineering position here and received a call less than a week later to schedule an interview. Went to the interview, filled out paperwork in the HR building and was asked to walk to the engineering building for a 1 on 1 interview. The building was the most depressing thing ever- Very enclosed, dimly lit, cubicles were small. I went into the senior engineer's office and he was very nice, asked me some very basic engineering questions, which I was able to answer. Very short interview, I was only there for about 20 minutes, then he escorted me out. I thought I did very well and was very personable, but I got an e-mail a few weeks later stating I wasn't what they were looking for. Fair enough, I guess they want people who are dull to match the environment!

Question 1
There were no difficult questions, only had me name components on a PCB board.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Extron Electronics (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2019
Interview
3 Managers spent about 1 hour each asking various questions about my background. I went out for lunch with them. I found that the clock punching is out and more casual dress code has been adopted, perhaps in response to the negative reviews. They are making progress. People were nice, the building is open only 7 to 7 and not on weekends so there is clearly a nice work/life balance.

The interviewer is kinda looking for a certain personality that will match with the company. A lot of different questions will be asked and notes will be taken.
