Started with a phone interview with hiring manager where I talked about my past work history and was invited for an on-site at the end of the call. When I showed up for the onsite however, I found that the expectations for the role had suddenly shifted. There was a lot of confusion about what role the company was hiring for and this ambivalence discouraged me from continuing to pursue the role.
