ExxonMobil Computational Fluids Scientist interview questions

Had an initial telephonic interview round which mainly revolved around the projects I had done. After clearing this round there was a 3 hour interview comprising behavioural and technical interviews which usually takes place face to face at Exxon’s office in Bangalore. This is the procedure for a lateral hire.
