Two sections , 2 individuals , took about a hour long asked about experiences on and off the job site floor , spoke on some business facts my opinion on peer engagement , policies and mission statements and holding them dear as a employee

Basic 2 panel of interviewers asking about tell me a time questions. Everyone was friendly and laid back. Everyone took turns asking questions and checking over your resume. Also asked a lot of questions about previous work environment.
