I applied online and was contacted for Skype interview two weeks later. The first round interview was an hour long and consisted of behavioural questions to be answered using the STAR format. The final interview was in Imperial Campus in Calgary, I was flown there and all expenses was paid by Exxon. The interview was three hours long - 45 minutes and 75 minutes with management, the questions where based on my resume and behavioural. The technical part was when I was explaining my past experience and projects. The final stage was a lunch with other interviewees and managerial team. I received a verbal offer within a week.
