Interview
I applied to an agency for another job and they suggested me to apply for this one instead.
During the skype interview the two recruiters were very unprofessional, they kept giggling while reading some messages on their PC while someone else was talking. In particular Yulia was very unpolite when asking behavioural questions on case scenarios, showing great hostility (one thing is to test the preparation of the candidate, another is showing attitude and being hostile trying to catch the candidate red-handed, what's the matter with you??). They behaved very much like superficial teenage girls, giving a negative image of their company.
I advise the management to put (at least) during the recruitment process more professional agents or good luck on what the candidates might think of you.
