Exxon visited us at our university career fair. I talked to them there and gave them my resume. They invited me for an interview within a week. I was interviewed by one person. The questions were either behavioral or based on my resume. The interview results are NOT yet out (although I've marked 'No offer' in the review). They'll be interviewing at quite a few universities - I was told they'll get back to me in 2 months. The next stage will be on-site interview for a day.
