It was a 1-day process comprising of two 1:1 interviews. One interview was focused on competency questions while the other was focused on technical questions. I was interviewing to work at the ExxonMobil Kuala Lumpur Technology Centre (KLTC), and was interviewed by a worker from there, and one worker from the ExxonMobil UK office.

Respectful. Simple behavioral interview with expectation of answering questions in STAR format. Interviewer seemed interested and was calm and inquisitive throughout the process. Been a week and haven't heard any sort of follow-up, though.

Exercise was organized by dragnet. Registration process started at stated time. It Progressed till the identity and bio-data verification point. We had brief time to relax and wait for the batches ahead to conclude, before mine. Was seamless and well proctored.
