Met them at the fair and interviewed the next day on campus. Few weeks later I got invited for an onsite interview. The onsite interview lasted the whole day, met a quite a few people. Had a behavioral interview where they asked questions from a packet. These questions were touch and very long questions too. This is what screwed me over, the questions were so long. After that there was the technical interview which i felt i did very well. Lastly they had the plant tour. The company pays for the hotel, airfare, and they even booked a limo for a ride from the airport to the hotel. First class all the way. They also set your up with your own personal tour guide who takes you to dinner the night before the interview and gives a tour of the town of Beaumont, TX. The day of the interview, tour guide picks you up from the hotel and go straight to breakfast. Then to the interview and they also take you out to lunch. They do a good job taking care of the interviewee. Their interview methods could use some improvements. Never heard back from them after the inteview, i felt the interview didnt go too well. It seems like they overwork their engineers all the time, i met a guy there who is out of school maybe 2 years and he said he would constantly put in over 12 hours days. Probably why their starting salary is 100K. I dont think this job is not worth the money.
