I completed the application through LinkedIn around winter break( Dec 2017) and took about 5 month when I got scheduled for a phone interview. The first phone call was asking if I were still interested in the position and when I was available for a phone interview. The second phone call was the actual phone interview(March 2018). They started by asking questions about what is on my resume such as job description, pay, and the duration I did the job for and then went on to ask some behavioral questions. In May 2018, I got a phone call asking to go for an in person interview on campus. The on campus interview was mostly behavioral questions and I met with roughly 8 people throughout the day that I did one-on-one interviews. I got the last phone call about a week later saying I did not make it sadly. The process was very thorough and they really want to know you as a person.
