Interview
Interviewed for a position right out of school (Texas A&M University) The gentlemen were friendly and let me know every aspect of the position I was hiring for. Told me they send you to Houston TX for about two years then put you in random destinations on oil platforms for about 10 years.
The interview process includes three rounds. The first two are virtual, focusing on behavioral and situational PM questions. The final round is conducted in person at headquarters for deeper evaluation.

Contame alguna situación en que tuviste que trabajar con una persona difícil y qué hiciste
The process starts with a phone screen and then, if successful, will move to an on campus interview with a dinner the night before. Overall, everyone was extremely hospitable and very professional. The interview itself was with 5 department heads, and consisted of situational based (STAR) interview questions. Overall, it was a fantastic conversation with everyone there.
