I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview process started with a meeting at the career fair. After this, they invite you for a 30 minute-1 hour in-person interview. They will ask three behavioral questions and you should use the STAR method to respond. Lastly, there is a phone interview that is laid back where they try to see if you would fit in with the culture of the company.

Question 1
Think of a time when you were leading a team and not everyone wanted to follow you? How did you deal with this?
It was a round robin style offered by my college. It was at 8 am but they were late and it was a waste of time in my eyes. Plus they have asked me what my ethnicity is and we know not to answer those questions

1 seul entretien avec le manager. Bien passé avec empathie. Ce n'était pas difficile, il faut juste pour un débutant de bien préparer son CV et avoir les informations nécessaire sur l'entreprise.
Not too bad. Put you into two rounds. However, HR responses are slow and needed to wait up to three months for things to progress. Definitely something that they could improve upon.
