This position was looking for student with a master's degree to work in their Bengaluru, India office.
I was contacted by the HR to attend the interview. The HR took good care with good transport and hotels. Interview consisted of a panel of 3 people, two from India and one from the Houston office. The interview was followed by an informal lunch with a few recent recruits from India.

Questions were more on personality. I was asked questions like What are your strengths and weaknesses, Tell us a situation when you have been in dilemma and how did you get out of it. The technical part was based on my resume.
