I applied online. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Lagos)
Interview
Basically a three - stage hiring assessment process:
- Computer based assessment
- Interview 1st stage
- Interview 2nd stage
The computer based assessment covers numerical, verbal, abstract, and discipline-specific sections. It was quite challenging, but not insurmountable. Succeed in this stage and you would be invited for a 1st stage of interviews.
The 1st stage of interviews is with a panel of about three mid-level interviewers. They were absolutely cool and would do all they can to put you at ease. Succeed in this level and you would be invited for a second stage of interview.
The second stage of interview is a brief chat with very senior interviewers, likely to get to know you more and make the final hiring decision.

Respectful. Simple behavioral interview with expectation of answering questions in STAR format. Interviewer seemed interested and was calm and inquisitive throughout the process. Been a week and haven't heard any sort of follow-up, though.
